I'm a field service engineer. I commission and support production machinery on customer sites for a living. The apps here started as problems on site: a timesheet that could not cope with nights away, a benchmark test still living in a macro spreadsheet. I built the tools I wanted, and I use them every week.

It is documented like production, because it is production for one household.
